On Saturday, 1st March 2025, you’re invited to join us for a special tour of Grassland Poultry followed by a Long-Table Dinner at their stunning property, Meramie in Wellington.
The evening begins at 5:00pm, with a guided tour starting at 5:30pm. See the heritage-breed chickens and learn more about the meticulous care and dedication that goes into producing Grassland Poultry’s award-winning products. From breeding and hatching to raising and processing, every step of the journey happens on-site, ensuring quality and the best of animal welfare.
Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a refreshing drink and canapés before settling in for an extraordinary multi-course dinner in the paddock. The menu, crafted exclusively by Kim Currie, the acclaimed chef behind Mudgee’s Zin House, will highlight the exquisite flavours of Grassland Poultry’s heritage-breed chicken.
Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of premium wines from Lowe Family Wines, expertly chosen to complement the dishes.
