Heritage Sommerlad Chicken Bone Broth

Ingredients

  • 1kg of Heritage Sommerlad Chicken frames
  • 1 tablespoons of black pepper
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leave
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 5 litres of water

Method

Place all ingredients in a large pot, bring water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and place lid on pot, leave for at least 12 hours. Remove pot from stove, and strain.

Tip:

You can also add the feet and necks to the pot as well. For extra goodness!
